Instructive new video from TED-ed. The scary part – stress really does change your brain (and the brains of your children). The good part – Meditation and Exercise can help and even reverse the damage.
But it can be hard to stay on that program if you had these effects. Hypnotherapy will help you both become familiar with the feeling of relaxation and focus needed for mediation and in establishing a new pattern to your life with more of these beneficial things in it.
