This will be fun and beneficial and educational.  I am packing the sessions full of good information, good tools you can use at home and wonderful experiences.   I have been running groups for years, mostly for weight issues.  For this special I will be bringing the best of my experience with not only weight, but with smoking cessation, anxiety,  and motivation to you in a group format.

No matter what your focus you will experience hypnosis, learn about other healing modalities and , in some cases experience them, learn how to apply at least one of them to your issues, receive a FREE hypnosis session (audio track) to use at home, and be eligible for special discounts for my other services.

The first group session is called Prepare for Change.  This is required no matter what change you are looking for.  In this session you will:

• do an exercise to prepare for change,
• experience a group hypnosis session that builds on the exercise,
• learn about removing barriers to success,
• see a demo and learn EFT ( the Emotional Freedom Technique) and
•  get some “homework” for your next session.

For your second session you will join a group of people whose change desires are closely aligned with your own.   I am sure there will be Weight Loss Groups and Stop Smoking Groups and probably Self Confidence or Anxiety and even perhaps a group interested in learning self-hypnosis or the Mental Bank method of manifestation.   At this second session you will experience another group hypnosis session focused specially on your desired change (or learn self-hypnosis), in many cases we will do an exercise based on NLP and PSYCH-K (a method to quickly change unwanted beliefs)  and PSYCH-K will also be demonstrated . Finally, you will select the FREE BONUS Hypnosis audio that I will send you to download following the session.  (If you want it as a CD instead, I can provide that for a nominal processing and materials charge of $5.
