Fear of Flying

After some 38 hours of flying in March and April, much of it about as close to the Himalayas as you want to get in a commercial plane, I feel full of good energy for helping you overcome any flying fear and enjoy a calm and peaceful journey to your destination.

So if you are in need of a break to far away places or have an urgent reason to fly and haven’t yet overcome your anxiety, come get some help !

As long as you have a conscious intention to be calm during travel and can articulate your motivations then you are ready for hypnotherapy  – a great way to retrain your mind while being relaxed and comfortable.

You can count on significant improvement after just one session.  A second session is sometimes a good idea to reinforce all the new learning in your mind and build your confidence even more.
